How long we keep it

  • Invoices and order records: 6 years, as required by Spanish commercial and tax law (Código de Comercio / Ley General Tributaria).
  • Your account: for as long as it exists—email us and we'll delete it.
  • Analytics: the visitor cookie expires after 1 year; traffic statistics are aggregate and short-lived.
  • Support email: up to 2 years after the conversation ends.

Your rights

You can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy of it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time—click "Cookie settings" in the footer to change your cookie choice. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect processing that already happened.

Email unwrittentype@gmail.com and we'll reply within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we won't treat you differently for asking.

One limit: we can't delete invoices we're legally required to keep.

Complaints

If you think we've mishandled your data, please tell us first—we'd like the chance to fix it. You can also complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), at aepd.es, or to the authority where you live.

Children

Our fonts are sold to designers, developers, and businesses. The site isn't intended for children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we'll delete it.

Automated decisions

We don't make automated decisions with legal effects about you, and we don't profile you for advertising. Our payment processor may apply automated fraud checks to payments.
